Spring is coming.
I have never felt so many emotions in one day for a long time.
A low morning, then walked along to Mindfulness; an hours walk. Felt quite chilled after. Started to walk home as no bus was coming. Half way I felt the anxiety build. Struggled to breathe, still no bus. It got worse, had to sit on a wall for a bit. Ended up walking all the way as still no bus appeared. At one point I was in tears.
Got home, tried to calm down using some tools I have learnt. Ended up cutting, I think it should have steri strips at least. More negative thoughts in my head.
