Pavement monkey........

Standing at the lights waiting to cross the road on the way back to work at lunchtime.
Happened to look down at my feet and noticed this fellow looking back at me,

I've never noticed him before but now i can't stop thinking about him (i know, i'm very sad. Its not a him it's just an old bit in the pavement where something obviously used to be concreted into the ground)

I'll have to check on him everytime i go past now!
