Brownie In a Bowl

Earlier today one of my friends posted this link for a "Brownie in a Mug"

I was going to make one after dinner but thought that there was no point in 3 of us all having a small spoonful each.
So I doubled the ingredients, whacked it in a pudding bowl and nuked it for 3 and a half minutes.

Yum scrum.
Chocolate brownie pudding for 3 in about 4 minutes.
May have to ration this to once a week!
