Time Marches On

My amaryllis seed pods broke open and there are - seeds!- inside.  I googled, "What am I supposed to do with amaryllis seeds?" The answer was to plant them and in 5 - 14 years, I might get them to bloom.  No thank you. I cut the stalk off and tossed it away!  But if you look at my extra, you will see the bonus I have since I didn't throw the plant away weeks ago. Ah, nature.
