Speedy

Here's the time-line: Monday scaffolding delivered and installed; Tuesday - old roof removed:  Wednesday: New roof started and well under way.

This image was taken first thing this morning after they removed the overnight tarps.

 It's all happening very quickly - I think they want to make it weather-proof before the season breaks.

PS I am not panic-buying toilet paper: but I did get an extra bag of kitty litter this morning, three days ahead of time.  Shows where my priorities lie :))
