Nearly missed my own challenge to take a photo of the skeleton tree at sunrise time. I'm going to have to set an earlier alarm from this point on.

One of the current jobs in all gardens is pollarding dogwood to keep the stems bright, it seems a shame when they are looking good however, I do like the resulting look of the shrubs before they start shooting.

The weather got worse as the day went on and I was really grateful of a shower at RF's before we cooked a very nice pasta bake and watched the fantastic pottery throwdown.
