Lichening It

Managed yoga this morning, but no time for a decent pre-work walk. Managed to spy this frosty sight. P was up - not been able to sleep. Big dental and then straight into a practice meeting. Late afternoon had less appointments, so managed to catch up on some cases and phone calls. Still more outstanding. Also managed to "borrow" C's kittens to hang out in the consult room with me while I was getting on with this admin, etc...

Home to find P had still not slept. Made dinner, then had to wake him to eat. Squeezed in a treadmill walk while watching a film. Dedicated a little time to rub aching feet and calves before bed.
