A bit of a hectic day! JP had an early appointment at Weymouth hospital for physio on his knee. We met after that and went to Food bank.
He then went to prison for the afternoon (!) where he is helping to run an Alpha course. I stopped in Town and had a coffee and chat with Yvonne which was so lovely.
We gave quiz evening a miss as we were both weary!
