Determined to get the bank transfer sorted I tried to do it on my laptop. Using all my husbands log in details I accessed the account and followed the instructions given in the demo video on the NatWest website. I hit exactly the same problem as yesterday.

Then one of us had the bright idea that it could be an issue with Safari so we tried using the ancient, slow and now little used Samsung tablet. Success at the first attempt :) 

By that time my head was hurting and I'm sure it wasn't the result of yesterday's wine.

Once around the shops after lunch for a blip before popping into Tesco for a few things.
