Olives

Bonkers busy day today, I started early and it's not really stopped. One pause was to answer the door to two ladies who were Jehovah's Witnesses. I don't have to share their beliefs to respect them and anyone out in that weather is due courtesy so we had a bit of a chat and they went away happy; they thanked me for not being rude!

Because it's been a busy day I'm cooking something tasty for me tea. The olives are going in a Provencal sauce with some haricot beans and some kidney beans. I've also added a bit of chipotle to give it some warmth - the taste will be a bit like the tomato sauce on patatas bravas. I've breadcrumbed a bit of chicken and I think I might have a glass of wine too. Believe me when I say I've earned it!
