Rescue Pizza

After the problems with the Italian Bread Making Course yesterday (when the ovens wouldn't work properly) I tried to resurrect my half-cooked pizza, with mixed results - mainly too much mozzarella for the base.  Need to try again from scratch.


This is the second time in a week that I am saying goodbye to a camera - this time the one on my Samsung A5 phone, which has started to develop a fault.  New (Sony) phone on order, hopefully with a better camera.
