Not a proper pie

But M. still ate it. I made a chicken and mushroom pie with a suet crust top. I did contemplate using the same to line the tin, but research suggested that suet pastry isn’t used for the container as it goes soggy. Of course that’s what makes a steak pudding so delicious!
Despite having no bottom, the pie was delicious
