I am very tired. My medical appointment didn't go as well as it should have done. An incompetent nurse. I have been sleeping and resting all afternoon. I will need to take it easy tomorrow and then I should be fine. Currently I have no more medical appointments for six months. I just hope things stay that way...

I will play catch up tomorrow. But I need more sleep.
