Wet day...

We managed to get appointments at our optician today, at very short notice. Very necessary as D trod on his glasses at the beginning of our holiday. He had taken his spare pair fortunately. Hoping the frame can be straightened but one new lens needed. Our eye tests weren’t due until next month but they did them anyway. I will return for a behind the eye scan in two weeks time.

Lunch in the café at the top of Peter Jones in Sloane Square. Usually there is a fantastic view which I’ve shared here before. Today it was obscured but only by the rain. Beyond that, it was pretty clear. And the photo info says this is Belgravia, so Belgravia it is.
