Enjoying the view with bubbles.

The final day of our trip and we decided to go out and about.  We got the bus to the next village but realised there was not much to see, so stayed on the bus and came back. We had a free pass for the bus so there was no cost.

After that we decided to get the train to a different village and have a quick wander around.  We went to Mittenwald and enjoyed looking at the beautiful buildings. We got a sandwich for lunch and back on the train but only for one stop. We planned to walk along a prepared path of about 7 miles back to Seefeld. What we did not realise was that a section of the path was not prepared and was covered in deep snow. We managed to make our way towards the road and walked along that until we could see the pathway was again cleared. It was a bit of a worry, but we did make it back and were in time for afternoon coffee and cakes.

Before dinner we went out for a glass of bubbles and enjoyed watching the piste basher preparing the slopes.  We wander back for dinner and an early night as we have to be at the train station before 7am.
