Ladies (and dog) that lunch

What a glorious day not to be at work! I had a great swim most of which I managed to have no thoughts in my head at all, just perfect. Then a walk on a different beach with Rosie until Marie arrived for lunch.

Now we are watching the near end of Bodies - lots of gruesome actual baby birthing scenes but have proper enjoyed it. Daisy has gone to the pub and Will has another kick boxing grading scheduled.

And still the weekend ahead. Nice.
