Botanical gardens

A cold but bright morning so we took a bus to Comely Bank and walked down through Stockbridge to the botanics.
Lovely displays of spring flowers.
After a good wander and a cup of coffee we left via the east gate and caught a bus to town.
Dennis went off to his meeting while I went off to my two favourite shops - the art shop and the wool shop. Sad to learn that the wool shop on Howe street is closing down next month!
