Icing rather than ice

A change from snow or ice related blips tonight.

Lottie wanted to bake tonight - we went to get some supplies and bought some new bun cases, which were huge. Made extra mixture to fill them but they didn't seem to cook properly.

She got an icing set for Christmas which she was itching to use - I have to admit I have never used a piping bag before and I now know why!! There is absolutely no danger of me changing career to make cupcakes!! It looks so easy on tv but I am just so impractical when it comes to stuff like that.

On the plus side they do taste nice :-)
