Caught in the Headlights

A productive day has turned into a bit of a busy evening where a few work "emergencies" have occurred that needed attention, and children haven't been where they were supposed to be due to cancellations.

Husband left today for a few days skiing in Austria with friends and I'm suddenly realising how much more organised you have to be when there is only one cook, social secretary and taxi driver available for all of the weekend plans!
