A Treat

Went running in my lunch hour with two younger and fitter colleagues. It was the hardest I have run for a long time and was absolutely knackered afterwards. Felt I needed sustenance in the evening so went to a Thai pub - The Warwick - that as you would expect does wonderful Thai food. Wednesday nights they do a special that is traditional Thai food that you would not normally find on a UK restaurant Menu. I couldn't pronounce, let alone spell, the name of the meal but it was stewed pork with rice, cabbage and boiled egg, washed down with a pint of Beer. It was very nice and fully restored I went back to do a bit more work before coming back for an early night.
