Simplicity of a Summit Cross....

.... of La Valerette in wintery, foggy conditions. We were going in and out of the fog all morning with a few lucky sunshine breaks (see extras) on the way up, and for the ski down. I love these atmospheric, changing conditions. Thanks to Lindsey and Foxie for a great trip.

And huge thanks for all the gifts left by you mountain lovers for yesterday's rock tower blip, a lucky play of the clouds produced something quite dramatic.
