Excellent workshop.....

.....today firstly looking at the art of Gwen John (sister of Augustus John). Still life &
soft colours. Firstly we worked on colour mixing which was fascinating. Then set up our own still life, worked on the composition & got started. Quite pleased with the result apart from my eclipse (actually ellipse) being a bit wonky!! All in oils which is not a medium I’m conversant with but will definitely try again.
