The Snowman Rally

Dingwall High Street was much busier than usual and the street was roped off to prevent cars going down. We wondered why and soon discovered that the Snowman Rally was passing through for the first time and the pipe band were going to march down first.
There seemed fewer pipers than I have seen before but it was entertaining for the waiting folk.
