Laid low by Ciara
I walked to the local One Stop for milk this afternoon. This lovely rearing horse is in the front yard of a house up the road. Sadly, it has been laid low by the storms this winter. I presume it will be revived once the weather improves. The fencing behind looks to be in need of attention too. In extras, I spotted some chickens in the front garden of a house on the main road through Poringland.
Before that, I hung the washing out, but frustratingly failed to see the oncoming heavy shower, and brought in the washing (which would have been dry) in the rain. It's now hung over the indoor hanging rack, to dry off again.
W has continued to make his workshop usable. As he finds a need for items, he collects them from the garage and takes them down to the shed at the bottom of the garden - but is occasionally frustrated when he can't find stuff - today it was his drill bits.
