Well they say things come in threes, woke up with a chesty cold, dodgy guts and the knowledge that I must do something about my ongoing foot problem. The first two are not really a problem, my foot potentially could be as walking with a heavy pack will probably continue to aggravate it. Gel pads and massaging over balls is my sister’s advice so the purchase of those was really my only ambition for the day. Other than that it was a lovely, lazy laundry day as I now like to call them. Unfortunately it was my one chance to look around Wellington so that’s a shame, might have had some photos that were not beaches or seabirds.
