Bell House, Bearsted

Some heavy showers rattled across today with intervening g bring sunny spells. We managed a walk largely in the dry getting home just as a particularly vicious squall blasted down.

Bell House on Bearsted Village Green looked particularly resplendent with daffodils in the foreground and bright skies behind.

Didn’t do too much this afternoon, wrote more some letters regarding our still unresolved issue with the uncomfortable settees, discovered I’d left it late to put the pork in and watched the second half of the England Wales game.

Now watching Scotland v France on catchup knowing the result. Interesting twist of irony for the Scots to beat the French and in so doing probably hand the Championship to England!
