Worth the mess

Weekends are the only time I get longer in the kitchen. Love cooking and tonight was no exception. Veggie shepherds pie with sweet potato mash. And the obligatory glass of red. Bubbled over a bit in the making but was delicious.
Putting off preparing for work tomorrow....
