Blessings And Persecution

Serious topics at FBC this morning, but interspersed with some encouraging words in the choir special and a special rendition of "Oh Happy Day"  by the Chambers family in the Carlton Sunday School Department.  During the traditional music service, Julie touched many hearts with her beautiful version of the song "Blessings" by Laura Story.  if you've never heard it, please Google it and prepare to have your heart strings tugged,  Then during his sermon, Bro. Steve spoke to us about persecution that can engulf us, test us and bless us.  At the end, he said we were unusually quiet today----but he had given us a lot to think about!
