Blip 400

I decided to advance my blip degree today by mixing strips of paper and angling them on a backdrop to get a "painted" effect on the water. Took a little bit more patience than normal but am happy with the results...

BTW - My internet service was restored this afternoon and am hoping that I do not ever have to talk with my ISP's tech support ever again...
