Churchyard visitors
There were two large jackdaws pacing round the churchyard amongst the tombstones when I visited this morning. They looked very sinister. The picture would have made a great cover for a murder mystery story, but sadly they flew away as soon as I raised the camera! They were obviously up to no good, didn’t want to show their faces.
Instead I blipped these innocent white violets which were tucked into some old bricks on the side of a monument. I got into a long conversation with a friendly gentleman who seemed quite knowledgeable about the churchyard.
