Deepcut Canal Fences

Surprise surprise the MOD have gone through with their petty actions and fenced off the land over the canal, by putting wire fences up behind the 4 remaining open locks. 

Their next neighbourly action is to change the local byelaws to block access to other areas around the local area.

Very annoyed right now. But deep breathe and look at the blue tit in the extras.
