Tourists....this way

On holiday both in India and Central America we have been taken to see trees which have tokens, request letters or flowers tied to them. I wonder if St Neots Lidl is trying a similar idea with beer and wine bottles.....there are 2 or 3 bottle adorned shrubs in the car park...and no one is clearing them away..
