We used to rule the waves…

Hi Everyone,

I went shopping today for supplies at the supermarket and was amazed at the empty shelves… people have even been panic buying biscuits. 

The worldwide average for people dying of flu is around 650,000 each year and we have had just over 3,000 die of the Coronavirus and everyone is stockpiling McVities and toilet rolls.

I thought us Brit’s had a bit of substance, backbone, a touch of the Dunkirk spirit! but all we seem bothered about is hobnobs…
