A Writer's Life

Dead trees

Tis the seasons where christmas trees die on the sidewalks... In New York, they used the trees for compost, which meant that, around march, all the parks smelled like christmas. Here, I'm not sure what they do with them. But it's a sad sight, like blood on snow. (I'm not being gloomier than usual, I swear. But it's such a waste!)
