It's been an upside down kind of day..........

Behind this clever statue is a rather sad story. After the big earthquakes nearly 10 years ago, 7000 houses had to be demolished as they were on unstable ground. People moved, neighbourhoods and gardens were destroyed, people lost touch, and lost their pasts. These letterboxes were rescued, along with others, and they've been made into sculptures, a poignant reminder.
