Chester Shot Tower

This grade 11 listed building is one of only 3 remaining in the UK and, according to Wiki, probably the oldest in the world. It overlooks the canal and work is well advanced on the urban regeneration of the area with a multi million pound development. Nothing indicates that there's any respect for its heritage.
