...walking back to happiness on Tynemouth Longsands this aft...
Met Tynemouth Sue - I have three friends called Sue, so have to differentiate - for soup and a roll for lunch, before heading down to the beach for Nordic Walking. 15 people turned up, battling the wind and the blown sand but enjoying the sunshine! There was a bit of a cloudburst as we reached the far end of the beach for the second time - but it was followed by this beautiful rainbow ;)
