Week 1

Started new meds last night. I'm having my usual amount of sertraline and a reduced dose of mirtazapine for a week. I went very sleepy within an hour of taking my new tablet - think I was asleep within the first 5 minutes of my audio book - and then slept pretty soundly all night. I've felt tired and groggy today but not poorly so that's good. Not been out which is naughty of me but will try and get out for some fresh air and exercise whatever the weather tomorrow.

I've signed up for Pause, the new Mind subscription service, so I'm looking forward to receiving my first delivery and treated myself to a £6 tee from Qwertee :-)
