Tuesday. Again.
'orrible weather, so glad Graham has a car when he and Caitlin and I went to Midpoint for dinner after a meh sort of day.
Fun fact: Today is the birthday of Mary Mills Patrick, (1850-1940) American author, missionary and 1st President of Istanbul Woman's College, later known as American College For Girls. Patrick kept the school open through the Balkan Wars, the Turkish revolution, and WW1 and through those changes it evolved from a school primarily for minority Greek, Armenian, and Bulgarian Christian women into a leading centre of higher education for Turkish women. She remained president until her retirement in 1924, after which she moved back to the United States. The American College for Girls later joined nearby Robert College for men.
