Falkland

My birthday today and we met up with daughter in Falkland. She and I went for a 5 mile run and Mr Rat did a shorter one, then we all went for lunch.
Our run we made up as we went along and ended up doing more climbing than planned and were disappointed you can no longer run under the waterfall in the extra, and the diversion was very muddy. Nice day but a bit windy in exposed places and a shower just after we'd finished.
The tower is on a building near the duckpond, it's used as a cafe and training centre (I think).
Back home I made up the potting bench she'd given me for a present and a church leaders' meeting this evening.
