What's there to smile for when you see this on your windshield?

Turns out there is.

I rushed outside the moment I saw someone in neon yellow approaching my car. He was just sticking the ticket on my windshield when he saw me darting towards him in desperation. He then apologized to me! Said if only I showed up 10 seconds ago... Then he apologized again. For what? For doing his job when it really was my fault for having an expired meter?

Plus, he's kind of cute too.
