looking up

this construction site in town had been cleared and prepped, one "model" building put up, perimeter wall and landscaping on the street side done, all before things (real estate/ economy, etc) got bad. It sat for almost a year like that and then just a few weeks ago, it's back "in the works"- with a big crew and seemingly in a big hurry. Shot this quick while stopped at a red light (we've noticed that they never seem to be wearing any kind of safety straps.) But we think this may be a sign that things are improving?
