I'm Gonna Pick up the Pieces....

The best bit about buying Presents for people, is knowing when you have bought the right thing.

I've given a Happy Pig to a couple for their Wedding.

I've given a Garden Ornament to my Nephew for his 18th Birthday.

I've given a "Antique" Magazines and Newspapers to another Nephew for his 21st (By Antique, I mean they were all published the month he was born).

I gave all the siblings childrens' photo albums of their first years with sarky comments appended to all the photos, plus parts of family trees so that they had to interact with each other to see the whole picture.

I give mum multiple "created" items because I know she recognises my skill and expertise at making things; even if they do unravel while she wears them!

I give Nant flowers and Lavender out the garden, because she hits me and shouts at me if I spend money.

This year, I bought Mum, and "Dad Mark 2" a Jigsaw. It is a back to front one, full of Corrie Characters.

Apparently last night he was up til 1.30 working on it.

Nice to know I'm putting an end to the "early nights" .
