Recall Training in the Snow

Today Claire was working so I was on my own with Archie. We decided to go a long walk around Musselburgh (4.2 miles). There wasn't much snow lying, and I know how much Archie loves snow, so I took him to a field to do some recall training.

This photo is actually a screen grab from a video. So, after 4.2 miles and half an hour of running about mad playing in the snow, and chasing a ball, the video shows Archie STILL had enough attention to come back to the whistle. He was slow at running because he was tired, but he still did it! (He was on a long line and was 20 meters away).
