The weir

I wanted to try out the Live ND mode on my OMD E-M1 mkiii so I went over to the weir where the water is taken off to supply the old mill.

These shots were all taken with 5 stops of virtual ND filter.   The viewfinder gives a representation of what the final image will look like.

The remarkable thing is that all of these were hand held.  Despite the long exposure,  the fixed background remains acceptably sharp
