For no real reason other than I fancied it, todays blip is of my father, taken in 1959.

When I spoke to him yesterday to make sure he was ok and to let him know I could come and stay if either of them got ill he pointed out that if he did he'd be "in A&E attached to a machine" so I wouldn't need to. He has a number of issues with his immune system as well as being in his late 70s so he probably has a point.

We share the same sense of humour luckily
