Open The CD Tray, Hal!

If I actually went anywhere I would give you photos of meandering bison on the prairie or penguins slipping on frozen glaciers or maybe the hanging gardens of Babylon.. but I just sit in my little workshop fixing stuff.

Since we got back it has been insanely busy and as you can see I'm constantly a day behind on my Blips.

Oh well.

What the hell is that a picture of I hear you eagerly ask!

I was replacing the laser assembly in a DJ model CD player and wondered what a close up of the laser assembly would look like.

Wonder no more my friends as it looks exactly like this :)

It's got a bit of HAL from 2001 Space Odyssey about it.
