Off to the hairdressers this morning and then popped into town for a bit of shopping. After we finished we headed down to North Bay. It was such a lovely sunny day but windy.The tide was coming in and spray was blowing off the top of the surf.
My picture is the sculpture of Freddie located near to the Oasis cafe, ( had to go in and sample the fish and chips).


Freddie Gilroy and the Belsen Stragglers' is a giant steel structure made by Ray Lonsdale, an artist, fabricator and sculptor and is now on permanent display, thanks to the generosity of a local Scarborough resident.
