Another 10 vegetable loaded evening meals
Evening meals for last 10 days contained, as usual since starting my weight loss and fitness journey, at least 750g of vegetables with little or no white carbohydrates. All meals included boiled or baked beetroot drizzled with balsamic vinegar and most reflected a full colour palette. At the moment allotment vegetables are limited to kale, leeks, onions&shallots and the beet. The other vegetables and protein components are dependant or what’s available as yellow and red label buys in Sainsbury’s and Aldi’s apart from the fish which comes from the Arbroath fishman on Wednesdays.
