Chuck It

Yesterday I'd have sung the virtues of this particular cordless drill, which has done pretty good service.  However, today the 'Auto Chuck' decided to jam open.  No sensible means of persuading it otherwise worked so it was off to the webiverse for a new one.

Sigh.  A new part £38.  For £15 more I've bought a whole new drill (and thus have a stock of other spare bits).  Something has to be broken in a business model like that.
